Rob Parker is Co-Founder and CEO of PrimeHealth, a BC-based enterprise SaaS platform modernizing absence and disability management for large employers and health systems. PrimeHealth is currently deploying at Fraser Health Authority, with a pipeline including Northern Health, WorkSafeBC, and major national employers.

Rob brings nearly 30 years of experience building technical and creative teams and shipping products at scale — including roles at AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Starling Minds, where his work reached an estimated 30–40 million users globally. Speaking credits include Vancouver Island Economic Forum, Web Summit Vancouver (2025 and 2026), Collision Conference Toronto (2023 and 2024), and the Age-Well National Impact Challenge (2023, winner).
