Call for Speakers

Share What’s Actually Working

Prompt Victoria is built on practical, honest talks from the people doing the work. If you’ve moved from disruption to direction and have something useful to share, we’d like to hear from you. SPEAKER SUBMISSIONS NOW CLOSED FOR 2026.

What We’re Looking For

Talks That Leave People Better Equipped

Every session at Prompt Victoria is selected to deliver clarity, strategy, or community. These are the qualities we prioritize when reviewing proposals.

Practical & Actionable

We favour talks people can apply the next day: real examples, live demos, useful frameworks, lessons learned, or decision tools over abstract theory.

Grounded in Experience

Your proposal should come from work you’ve actually done or knowledge you can clearly stand behind: projects shipped, research completed, problems solved, lessons learned, or experience that changed how you think.

Not a Product Pitch

Prompt Victoria is vendor-neutral. Share tools, examples, case studies, and lessons openly, but sessions built primarily to sell a product, service, or platform aren’t a fit.

Clear Conference Fit

Each session should connect clearly to the conference theme, From Disruption to Direction, and to one of the conference tracks. The strongest proposals make it easy to see who the session is for, why it matters now, and what attendees will take away.

Fresh, Original Material

We welcome fresh talks, updated versions of existing ones, and Victoria-specific angles. Tell us what’s new about this version and why it will feel relevant to this audience.

Engaging & Accessible

Strong sessions make complex ideas easier to understand. We look for speakers who can hold attention, explain clearly, involve the audience, and make the topic useful for people with different levels of experience.

How It Works

From Proposal to Stage
