Registration & tickets
name, email, organization, dietary or accessibility needs, and payment confirmation details (payments are processed by our ticketing provider; we do not store full card data).
Contact form
the message you send us, plus your name and email so we can reply.
Speaker, sponsor, and partner submissions
the information you submit through our forms (bio, photo, company details, etc.).
Site analytics
basic, aggregated visitor data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) collected through cookies. We do not use this to identify you personally.
How we use it
- Send you the updates you signed up for.
- Process and confirm your registration or sponsorship.
- Reply to your inquiries.
- Improve the website and plan a better event.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the event — for example our email platform, ticketing partner, and website host. They are bound to handle your data only for the purposes we instruct.
