A standard admission ticket covers the full day at the Victoria Conference Centre — all three tracks, the keynote, and networking breaks. Meal inclusions and specialty add-ons will be confirmed when tickets open.

The target window is spring 2026, but we’ll only announce a date once pricing and tiers are locked. Subscribers to the notify list hear first.

Yes. Notify-list subscribers get a 24-hour window at the early bird rate before tickets open to the general public.

A group rate for 5 or more seats is planned, purchased in a single transaction with reserved seating. For larger blocks or custom arrangements, contact the organizing team.

The refund window and transfer rules are part of the final terms that go live with tickets. In general the 2025 event allowed name transfers up to 48 hours before the event — the 2026 policy will match or exceed that.

Networking breaks and the end-of-day reception are included in every ticket. Lunch inclusion will be confirmed when tickets open.
