A standard admission ticket covers the full day at the Victoria Conference Centre — all three tracks, the keynote, and networking breaks (coffee, tea and light snacks).

Aug 10-Sept 27 (Early Bird), and Sept 28 onwards (Standard pricing). There are only 150 early bird tickets available – once those sell out, standard pricing comes into effect!

The refund window and transfer rules are part of the final terms that go live with tickets. In general, if a purchaser would like to transfer their ticket to another person, they just need to provide the purchase receipt and name they’re swapping out with at the check-in desk. Blank name badges will be provided.


Students can either purchase a membership with VIATEC or with the Victoria Data Society ($25/$25 per year), and then get access to the member discount!
Volunteers are always needed, and receive complimentary admission. If you have event experience and are interested in volunteering, please contact info@viatec.ca.

Coffee, tea and light snacks are provided throughout the day. There will also be a 1.5 hour break for lunch off site which guests are responsible for.
