Cynthia Lynam has spent her career helping organizations navigate the human side of technology change. In her current role as VP of Client Delivery at Prodago, her focus is on supporting large, complex organizations to build scalable AI and data governance operating models that deliver business value. She works with leaders through her coaching and training company, Seven Dimensions, to navigate leadership in the age of AI. Cynthia also serves as the Vice-President of the Victoria Data Society, where she strengthens engagement and collaboration across the data and AI community.
