Build. Transform. Scale.

About This Session

AI is rapidly changing software development, from code generation and agentic workflows to entirely new ways of creating products. But the biggest shift may not be in the code itself. It may be in how teams are organized, how decisions are made, and how software companies create value.

This panel brings together experienced technology leaders to explore AI from three perspectives: Build, Transform, and Scale. We’ll discuss what is now possible with modern AI-powered development tools, how organizations are adapting to these new capabilities, and what it takes to move from experimentation to measurable impact across teams and products.

As AI becomes embedded in the software development lifecycle, leaders must navigate more than technology choices. They must rethink workflows, team structures, hiring, productivity, and the role of human expertise in an increasingly AI-enabled world. This conversation will explore the opportunities, trade-offs, and practical realities emerging from that shift.
